Graze Bottomless Brunch

The legendary Bottomless Brunch at Hilton Cardiff, Graze style. Enjoy 90 minutes of dining and free flowing drinks from £30 per person.

Graze Afternoon Tea

Available daily from 12pm-4pm

From £30 per person with optional drinks packages. Elegant Welsh Afternoon Tea with views of Cardiff Castle.

Graze Prix Fixe

New for 2024 we have introduce fixed price lunches from £12 per main course. The style, ethos and culinary signature of Graze at a great low cost price for lunch.

Upcoming Events in Cardiff

Epic shows at the Principlality Stadium

With the sports season coming to a close the iconic Principality Stadium hosts some of the worlds biggest stars from the world of music. Over the coming months we will see Taylor Swift, Foo Fighters, Pink and Billy Joel bring their epic stadium shows to Cardiff.

First up on stage is Bruce Springsteen. Join us at Graze for the Bruce Springsteen Bottomless Brunch.

Concerts at the Castle

During June and July Cardiff Castle will provide the stunning backdrop to a wide range of concerts and Graze is perfectly situated for pre show food and drinks. This summer we will see shows from local favourites Catfish and the Bottlemen and the Manic Street Preachers. International rock icons Smashing Pumpkins and Weezer as well as classic British acts Noel Gallagher, Madness and Rick Astley.

At Graze we have a menu for every event and welcome small bookings and groups.

From Field to Fork

Graze is all about sustainability so our food is as locally-sourced as possible. Taking inspiration from our beautiful home, our food will give you a true taste of the Welsh countryside. From our premium organic meat from Douglas Willis and Farmer's Pantry Butchers, to delicious sourdough bread from Alex Gooch bakery. We embrace our Welsh heritage and want to give our guests an authentic local experience, whilst also doing our bit for the environment by reducing our carbon emissions.
